On my way to the gym at SM North Edsa November of 2007 I noticed a commotion at Bio Research. People were milling around the window glass plane over a dog. Now this really isn’t unusual you might say but there were more than the usual number of people and they had smiles on their faces like they were genuinely amused over something. I pushed my way through the crowd and saw the most adorable dog ever, with kindly beady eyes and a gold and white coat and more than that he wasn’t just sitting there, he was performing for the crowd in his little cage. This dog genuinely loves people I thought! How adorable! At that time I was genuinely looking for a dog already I was thinking of a nice short haired pug or a beagle and then I saw that adorable dog in the Bio Research window and I thought why not? A few days later I purchased the dog out of his small cramped little cage so he could breathe in the fresh air and run as mightily as he could. I christened that dog “Lucky”. Lucky is no ordinary dog, he is super hyper, attention deficit and genuinely loves to have fun. He also likes to chase my two cats around named Pikachu and Kring Kring. Of course I think if they weren’t cats Lucky would have befriended them because he is friends with all dogs. Lucky is also a very intelligent dog he learned to play fetch at a short span of time he can fetch anything and that is his favorite game. Unfortunately as I don’t have the time and skills that’s all he knows. No wait, Lucky can also play shake hands. This is a highly extroverted dog, he is not wary of strangers at all in fact he greet everyone with a wag of a tail and a high jump, he is that trusting. Over the course of having him he has survived many diseases but now he is healthy as ever. You might ask does Lucky have a love life? The answer is yes, he is friends with the next door neighbor’s dog named Miss Missy. Lucky is going to be my first and last dog I won’t be having any more dogs in the house after him since he is an incredibly high maintenance dog that needs constant attention and stimulation by a caring owner. I will be posting more of our adventures together in the coming days.
